What to expect from me

From the moment you get in touch, I aim to make the process enjoyable, clear, and stress-free.  You can expect:

Once I receive your message, I’ll ask a few questions to better understand what you're looking for.  We’ll talk about:

• The style you’re drawn to (modern, classic, romantic, vintage, etc.)

• Materials or components you’d like to include (pearls, crystals, metals, lace flowers, etc.)

• Colours or tones you love

• Preferred length or sizing

• The date you need your jewellery or accessory by

Bringing your vision to life

After we've talked through your ideas, I’ll begin crafting a mock-up.  This could be a sketch, a digital or physical mock-up using sample materials — or sometimes both.

This stage is all about exploration.  You’ll have a chance to review the concept and give me your thoughts. I’ll encourage you to sit with the design, make sure it feels right, and share any feedback — please don’t hold back!  It’s important to me that you love what we’re creating together.

Pricing & deposit

Once I understand your design and materials, I’ll provide a quote before we move forward with the final piece.  At this stage, I kindly ask for a deposit, which secures your order and covers the design and preparation process.

Please note:
The deposit is non-refundable.  However, I will work closely with you to ensure you receive a piece you truly love.
